Two Cases of NEU Approved by MOE as Thematic Case Projects of 2020

Recently, the China Academic Degrees & Graduate Education Development Center (CDGDC) of the Ministry of Education (MOE) released the results of solicitation and review of “China Professional-degree Case Center” Thematic Case Projects of 2020. The project Local Practice of Community Intervention during the Outbreak of COVID-19 applied with professor Zhang Ping as the chief expert and the project Enhancement of Social Governance Capacity at the Grassroots Level in the Context of Normal Epidemic Prevention and Control - Based on the Governance Experience of Shenhe District in Shenyang with professor Zhang Lei as the chief expert have been approved.

Organized by CDGDC of MOE, the thematic case solicitation work is aimed at colleges and universities with better results of academic discipline evaluation or academic degree level evaluation and better reputation in related disciplines and academic degree categories, which features targeted invitation and quota application. After going through the application, evaluation and publicity procedures, a total of 54 projects themed “COVID-19 Prevention and Control” have been approved.
