By report, in the future cooperation, NEUNN and education bureau will realize high speed interconnection and interworking via CERNET, which will transport the infrastructure resources such as supercomputing and cloud computing platform to education system by metropolitan area network to education system of Shenyang city. By pushing various kinds of information and application to students and their parents, the system can help to establish linkage mechanism among schools, students and parents, making parents know their children’s information in all directions including school work and behavioral expressions at first time.
At the same time, the two parties will commonly promote the resource integration and cooperation in the aspects of data collection, transmission, storage, dispose, application and reprocessing and reapplication, and on this basis establish wisdom education big data platform for Shenyang city. The platform will use different kinds of historal data, available data and data on the offering of education system in Shenyang, analyze and predict the education situation, quality, demand and development trend in the future of Shenyang.
According to principals of NEUNN, on the upcoming education cloud platform of Shenyang district, the resources not only can be shared by students in primary schools, middle schools and high schools, but also including residents in Shenyang city who need life-long education, social education and leisure education.
