On December 1, Society of Chinese University Journals released the list of 2022 Outstanding/ Top 100/ Excellent Science and Technology Journals of Chinese University Science and Technology Journal Construction Demonstration Library. Control and Decision of our university was awarded “Outstanding Science and Technology Journal” of 2022 Chinese University Science and Technology Journal Construction Demonstration Library among more than 1600 university science and technology journals in China. Only 30 university science and technology journals in China were awarded this prize, including 15 English journals and 15 Chinese journals. This is the first time for our journal to win this award after being awarded the “Top 100 Science and Technology Journals of Chinese Universities” for three consecutive times.
2022 Outstanding/ Top 100/ Excellent Science and Technology Journals of Chinese University Science and Technology Journal Construction Demonstration Library was evaluated on the basis of the collection of Society of Chinese University Journals and the recommendation of journal publishers, and the comprehensive examination of 3 aspects: the honor of the journal in China, the dissemination and utilization of the journal, and the international influence of the journal. Through strict review of the academic and editorial quality of the journals, objective scoring based on full-text databases, search databases and evaluation agencies, and selection combined with the academic and industrial influence of the journals, the evaluation team selected 30 “Outstanding Science and Technology Journals of Chinese Universities”, 169 “Top 100 Science and Technology Journals of Chinese Universities” and 278 “Excellent Science and Technology Journals of Chinese Universities” among more than 1600 science and technology journals of universities nationwide.
This award is a high recognition and praise of the academic influence and discipline leading role of Control and Decision by the academia and the industry. It is another significant achievement of our journal in adhering to the development goal of first-class journal construction. Control and Decision will continue to follow the correct purpose of running the journal, making great efforts and perseverance to further contribute to the construction of the first-class university.
