Recently, Liaoning Provincial Party Committee and Liaoning Provincial Government Decision-making Advisory Committee announced the List of the Second Batch of Key New Think Tanks of Liaoning Province. Four scientific research organizations applied by NEU, including NEU Liaoning Public Policy and Urban Culture Research Base, were all in the list. Up to now, NEU has a total of five organizations approved.
Liaoning Provincial Party Committee and Liaoning Provincial Government Decision-making Advisory Committee have organized to select two batches of key new think tanks of the province, aiming to further accelerate the construction of new think tanks of Liaoning Province, and develop new think tanks with important decision-making influence, social influence and international influence to meet the urgent need of the country and Liaoning Province. So far, a total of 74 scientific research organizations (including 27 in the first batch) in the province have been approved. The China Academy of Northeast Revitalization of NEU was the first to be selected into the List of the First Batch of Key New Think Tanks of Liaoning Province in 2018.
