"Forest Sentinel - Aerospace-ground Integrated Forest Fire Intelligent Monitoring System", the work of Cai Mingxiu under his tutor Liu Chen from the School of Computer Science and Engineering of the Northeast University (NEU), and the graduate team of Liu Xuan, won the first national prize, and Liu Xuan won the excellent tutor award.
