Recently, the winners of the national finals of the 17th National Business Elite Challenge for College Students - Exhibition Innovation and Entrepreneurship Practice Competition were announced. The team of NEU won 3 national first prizes, 4 second prizes and 3 third prizes in this competition, hitting the best record in the history of NEU. NEU also won the “Best Organization Award”.
Lasting for 8 months, the competition covered preliminary, semi-final, and national finals. It attracted 5,000 teams from 526 universities in 30 sub-competition areas across the country, with a total of more than 30,000 participants. In the national finals, 183 experts including executives from industry authorities, industry associations, enterprises and professional media as well as academic leaders in the related professional fields from universities were invited to form a jury team to conduct a professional evaluation of the entries.
The campus qualification trials were organized by the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship and presented by the School of Business Administration of NEU. After going through school-level selection and university-level review, a total of 15 teams were shortlisted for the national and provincial competitions, and finally 10 teams won the national awards.
