On May 28, according to "Decision of Commending the 14th Outstanding Scientific and Technical Workers of Shenyang" issued by Shenyang Association for Science and Technology, Professor Liu Zhenyu of the State Key Laboratory of Rolling Technology and Rolling Automation; Professor Li Huabing of the College of Metallurgy; and Professor Shen Yanbo of the College of Resources and Civil Engineering won the honorary title of "Outstanding Scientific and Technical Workers of Shenyang".
It is reported that through preliminary selection at the grass-root level, organizational review, unit recommendation, expert review and online public announcement, 190 people were awarded the title of "Outstanding Scientific and Technical Workers of Shenyang".
