On October 22 and 23, NEU held its Fall Two-Way Selection Job Fair for the Class of 2027 at the Liu Changchun Gymnasium and the Badminton and Table Tennis Gymnasium on its Nanhu Campus. As the large-scale recruitment event attracting the greatest attention from graduates, this fall’s two-way selection job fair maintained strong momentum. It brought together leading employers from major industries and sectors, with more than 660 organizations from 30 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities across China visiting the campus to recruit talent. Together, they offered over 36,000 high-quality job opportunities for NEU graduates. Both the number and caliber of participating employers remained high, and the event recorded more than 4,000 student visits.
Since launching its employment initiatives for the Class of 2027, the university has seized the critical window for promoting graduate employment, continued to strengthen government–university–industry collaboration, and stepped up the frequency and scope of its career services. It has actively encouraged students to align their career aspirations with major national strategic priorities and make meaningful contributions at key institutions, in priority sectors, and on major projects.
