Vice-president of Northeastern University (NEU) Prof. Wang Jianhua led adelegation to Kobe University on Mar. 23rd, and held talks withvice-President Inoue. The two sides performed the text exchange ceremony of academiccommunication agreement, which has been signed by NEU President Zhao Ji and Presidentof Kobe University Takeda earlier.
