Liang Chengze, presidentof IST Co. Ltd., former minister of South Korean Information and CommunicationsDepartment, visited Northeastern University (NEU) on Apr. 7^th. ZhangGuochen, vice-president of NEU, met with the guests in Han Qing Assembly Hall.
