Science andTechnology Development Center of Ministry of Education released 2013 “ExcellentJournal of Sciencepaper Online” and “Excellent Organizational Unit” recently.“Journal of Northeastern University (Natural Science)”, “Journal ofNortheastern University (Social Science)”, and “Control and Decision”, journalof College of Information, Northeastern University, had won the first prize ofExcellent Journal of Sciencepaper Online. For the third time since 2011,Northeastern University was elected as the Excellent Organizational Unit.
“Sciencepaper Online” is the authoritativeonline academic platform sponsored by Science and Technology Development Centerof Ministry of Education, which indexes hundreds of high quality journals, andappraises these journals periodically through comparison of aggregativeindicators as quality, integrity, internationalization of journal editors, andthe like. The selection gave consideration to all the dimensionalities includeacademic quality, influence, paper transmission and internationalization, etc.After strict review, 79 first prizes and 142 second prizes, and 61 ExcellentOrganizational Units have been evaluated nationwide.
