Recently, the 3rd NCSAP Annual Meeting & the 4th New Technology Summit Forum on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Practice was held in Hangzhou. The resultsof the awards for outstanding cases, outstanding papers, and outstanding deeds of instructors rated by the 3rd NCSAP Annual Meeting were released. NEU has won 2 awards for outstanding deeds of instructors, 2 for outstanding cases of innovation and entrepreneurship education, 2 first prizes, 2 second prizes, and 4 third prizes for outstanding papers, and 1 annual meeting shortlist award. NEU has won the title of “Excellent OrganizationUnit” for the third time.
NEU, taking the opportunity of being selected as one of the first batch of pilot universities in the comprehensive reform themed “whole-staff education, full-course education, and all-round education” by the Ministry of Education, has broken the original system framework and re-planned its curriculum into a new three-level innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculum system. NEU has innovated in the compulsory course of Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship with the mode of “mixed and widespread popularity”, developed the elite course of Enlightenment for Makers with the characteristics of “innovation, entrepreneurship, creation, moral education, intellectual education, physical education, aesthetic education, and labor education”, promoted the course of innovation and entrepreneurship improvement with the mode of “mass innovation and collaboration”, and forged the course of innovation and entrepreneurship practice with the mode of “integration of teaching and competition, and simultaneous development of moral education, intellectual education, physical education, aesthetic education, and labor education”.
