the 2026 Liaoning College Volleyball Championship was unfolded at the Basketball and Volleyball Gymnasium of Shenyang Sport University from March 23 to 28. The NEU men's volleyball team won the runner-up in the Undergraduate Institutions Group, achieving the best result in the history of the Liaoning College Volleyball Championship in recent years.
This event was hosted by the Department of Education of Liaoning Province and featured three groups: the Undergraduate Institutions Group, the Higher Vocational Colleges Group, and the Physical Education Institutes and Departments Group. The competition adopted a format of “group single round-robin + cross elimination and knockout matches,” with the first stage played as best-of-three sets and the second stage as best-of-five sets, and the latest competition rules of the Chinese Volleyball Association were implemented throughout.
